Do you publish pricing online?
Not yet — inspection and service pricing varies based on square footage, foundation type, systems, add-ons, and travel zone. Once we have your property details, we’ll provide a clear estimate with no hidden fees or upsells.
Do you service my area?
We currently serve Greater Dayton, Springfield, Marysville, and Columbus, with most near-term work concentrated from Bellefontaine south. If you’re unsure whether your address is included, send it through the form or give us a quick call — we’ll confirm coverage right away.
Why don’t you list a storefront or hours?
Our teams come to you, so a public office address and fixed hours aren’t helpful for most customers. This keeps the focus on responsiveness and field service while we coordinate site visits efficiently.

Yes — our inspectors are fully licensed for radon measurement in Ohio. Radon mitigation will be added once licensing and team expansion are complete (targeting late 2026).
